Are You Ready for a Reset?

Join me and other like-minded mental health professionals for a weekend retreat dedicated to alleviating compassion fatigue, finding a new passion for your practice, and connecting to women facing similar burnout to yourself.

April 12-14, 2024

Realign.

Reconnect with what makes you happy, what inspires you, and what your vision is for your professional life.

A weekend to focus on you, uninterrupted by the daily pressures and responsibilities. A weekend to exhale.

Find support from other like-minded women who understand what you are going through.

Relax.

Recharge.

What a Focused Weekend Away Can Do.

How many times have you said to yourself “if only I could get away for a couple of days to reset?” We all know how just an hour of focus - on ourselves - can bring clarity to our thoughts and decisions. Just imagine what a focused weekend away can do for you. New clarity. New purpose. New direction.

By investing in ourselves we create space to have the professional life that we desire, to achieve our goals, and to see the road that lies ahead for us as we see it and plan it. Reconnecting to our experiences gives us insight into what is working for us and where we need to adjust to bring more joy and alignment to our practice.

My Story

As a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional (CCFP), I created this retreat to fill a much needed void in our local mental healthcare community. As healthcare professionals, we are all susceptible to experiencing the grips of compassion fatigue at some point over the course of our careers. Let’s face it, the trauma and problems we face through the lives of others can take a toll over time. Combine that with our daily life demands and personal stressors and we have a recipe for the development of compassion fatigue. It can cause debilitating symptoms such as exhaustion, irritability, social isolation, anxiety, depression, and even shame. We may start questioning our career calling as we begin to feel “not good enough.”

I’m here to remind you that compassion fatigue is more common than you realize and you are not alone.

This weekend together will provide you with the opportunity to reconnect, recenter, and recognize yourself again.

Come take time to identify changes you can make to help create more balance in your life while rediscovering your passion for your career of helping others.
